Principle:Inject liquid nitrogen into the tank,liquid nitrogen will gasify after capping. Nitrogen gas is equal to 700 times the volume of liquid nitrogen .This will add pressure to bottles and avoid the occurrence of plaque product bottle phenomenon.

8.Shower Warmer
So after the filling machine, there should be a shower warmer to warm the bottle to the room temperature. itis usually a tunnel type shower. It cools the bottle through spraying cold water to the bottle. There are usually 3 warming zones( more zones are ok). After cooling by section, the bottle’s temperature could achieve 30-35 ℃. Main components of shower cooler are frame, transferring chain, transferring system, water storage tank, recycle pump, showering device, cooling device and pipes.

9.Blow dryer
This machine installed after the filling machine, In order to dry the bottles which outside with some water drop, This machine is used to removing the water outside the bottle surface, the blowing capacity can be adjusted through the button.
