Filling Part

The filling valve adopts constant pressure mechanical valve, which makes the filling process quick and sensitive, with high precision of filling liquid level.

Sealing Parts

The lid is sealed on the can of the filled product and sent to the next process by the conveyor chain.
The sealing roller is made of high hardness alloy quenched material (HRC > 62). The sealing curve is precisely processed by optical curve grinding to ensure the sealing quality and normal operation of the machine.
This machine has a control system that there is no sealing when there is no can. This can ensure the normal operation of the machine and reduce the cover loss rate.
