Filling Unit:
The prepared raw materials are entered into the cylinder of the filling machine through pipes and other equipment, and the material inlet of the cylinder is equipped with a pneumatic disc valve to control the height of the material in the cylinder.When the material is insufficient, the pneumatic disc valve opens and the material flows into the cylinder.When the material is in the high material position, the pneumatic disc valve is closed and the feed is stopped. The empty can is delivered through the canister, which is separated into a certain distance through the split screw of the inlet, and then is transferred to the filling valve, and then the quantitative filling of the material is carried out.At last, the hook chain is put into the sealing process.
Sealing Unit:
Put a certain amount of tank cover on the lid of the cover, and the entire slide can be set up to about 300 cans (the operators are placed one to two minutes apart). On the slide of the sealing machine, close switch is installed. When the signal is detected, the cylinder of the cap knife will be fired, the tank cover will fall to the cover, and the cover will be sent to the tank to connect with the tank.When the tray is up, the tank cover is in contact with the pressure head, and the top of the tank is rotated with the top of the tank, the tank body and the tray.At the same time, under the action of the sealing CAM, the first and second seals are carried out, and then the can be transferred to the filling box of the box.
Commercial Terms
1. Warranty
All parts are under two year warranty with defects from manufacturer. Any other defect caused by human error, mishandling, wear-and tear & any foreseeable conditions will not be covered by this warranty. All electronic parts and component can be guaranteed by original part's manufacturer or our company.
2. Payment
50% of the total contract amount is to be T/T into assigned account at the period of 5 working days after the Purchase contract is signed.
50% of the balance must to be made via T/T of the remainder balance amount of the purchase contract before the ordered equipment is to be delivered 10 working days prior of the shipment.
