It adopts the most advanced weighing filling method in the world, and is equipped with high-precision sensors such as Toledo to realize dynamic online weighing technology, which has high measurement accuracy and is not affected by various characteristics of materials (foam, impurities, temperature, density, etc.).

The filling valve
1. HBM weighing instrument (imported from Germany, ±2g accuracy).
2. Handling the last drop of fluid (can both blow into the bottle and suck back to the filling valve).
3. Electromagnetic valve controls fast and slow valves (fast first and then slow during filling).
4. The liquid-contact parts of the filling valve body are made of 316 stainless steel (food grade).
5. The liquid cylinder pre-pressure is maintained at around 1 kilogram of pressure, increasing the flow speed of the oil by maintaining a constant pressure.
Caping Machine
