Usage and Introduction:

1. Machine body:SUS304

2. Cutter disc:one group

Adopt eccentric moving mechanism,driven by stepping motor,no bottle no spinning movement,increases the service life and safety, at the same time its cutter uses common paper cutting blade,easy to replace and economy.

1. Driven conveying mechanism:one group

It adopts single drive conveying mechanism,it is indispensable secondary heart components to fix center column.No matter the bottle becomes large or small,as long as rotate the hand wheel easily can change the required size,transmission function are finished by gears. 

1. Synchronous label brush wheel:one group

It follows the design principle of the drive arm block of the driver set,it can adjust the width size by hand wheel according to center column size,it contacts with the center column directly,uses the obsessive way to put the labels directly into the movement bottles.It will not be affected by slight electrostatic,so the speed is fast and accurate.

1. Center column:one group

The whole sections of center column design,it guide the label through the cutter,put the labels directly into the movable bottles. Because of its design with driven conveying mechanism,it will not deflected under a long time and high speed, also won't offset center,so it is also the key factor to decide if the label is accurate.

1. Work piece Tray:one group

It includes two labels plate,it can alternate in production, rotating use.

1. Brush set:one group

It is distributed on both sides of the the conveyor belt.The machine is deviced according to different bottle type requirements,it can assist easily labels to arrive at the fixed point one hundred percent.
