Action time of each filling valve is adjusted according to bottle size and filling speed, absolutely counter pressure, extended stable & vent time to ensure smooth of filling process, and reduce foaming & beverage overflow when bottle discharging.

Different from traditional filling bowl, round ring bowl can save consumption when bowl flushing before filling. Meanwhile, it improves cleaning condition and favors sanitary requirements.

Automatic CIP cups greatly reduce production auxiliary time and improve production efficiency.

Ambient temperature filling up to 15 ℃ features refrigeration power consumption saving and environment friendly.

Filling volume controlled by flow meter, greatly short the changing time compared to traditional mechanical valve.

Filling precision is 5~6 times higher than mechanical valve, reducing syrup consumption and saving running cost.

Flowmeter electronic valve filler adopts distributed control system to precise volumetric control of each filling valve. Distributed control system (DCS) centrally monitors, operates, manages and distributed controls production process, based on microprocessor.

Different beverage and bottle has different filling valve parameter, various parameters can be conveniently downloaded and uploaded by upper Industrial Personal Computer, and automatically judge parameters and give hints.

Monitor control process and parameters of any filling valve at any time, manually adjust either.

Drive and screwing system

The ringfeder is fixed on the joints between gear and shaft of star wheel and screwer to eliminate interval caused by key joints running for a long time, which leads to desynchrony. Equipment operational stability is enhanced.
