Product description

King Machine offers a wide range of applications: thanks to the special valve design, not only carbonated drinks, beer and wine, but also non-carbonated products can be filled at atmospheric pressure. Different valve versions are available depending on the product and the container to be filled:

• Without pre-evacuation: suitable for carbonated beverages and still water packed in glass and PET

• With pre-evacuation: suitable for beer and carbonated beverages packed in glass

• With double pre-evacuation: suitable for beer in glass container

• With self-leveling: suitable for wine in glass containers

• With pre-evacuation and self-leveling: still or sparkling wine in a glass container.

• Up to two end devices (capper and / or capper) can be incorporated into the base once expanded (optional).

Control system

The filling parameters and the control signals necessary for the correct operation of the filling valve are located on an electronic card (master) in the control PC; Control signals are sent to each individual electronic card (slave) via fieldbus data transmission, one electrical panel for every two filling valves. The system has simplified wiring of the rotating parts which makes troubleshooting much easier.

The system offers continuous monitoring of each individual valve with the possibility of modifying the working parameters automatically. Thanks to the independent control of the valve, in the event of a fault, an individual valve can be switched off without affecting the overall operation of the machine.

Filling technology

The design of the electro-pneumatic type filling valve is extremely simple: it consists of a limited number of components and gaskets.

• Each fill valve is operated by an electro-pneumatic system that receives recipe data on the touch screen

• Which ensures high performance in sanitation operations and minimizes the need for maintenance

• The decompression gas escapes from the filling valves, is collected in a room, and then directed out of the filler

• The valve components can be disassembled independently, which is an obvious advantage for maintenance operations

• The interchangeable level tubes are fixed in the valve body guaranteeing fast assembly and disassembly times

Today, customers who invest in new multi-format packaging lines need fast format changes. If the product or the combination are the same, the change of bottle format in the filler must be carried out without human intervention. The advantage is that the internal or external cleaning of the machine (CIP or COP) is not mandatory before starting production.
