Bottle lifting system
The container lifting system is carried out with a traction movement from above, which lifts the bottle-holder plates placed in a protected position inside the carousel. The particular design of the bottle holder plates guarantees their assembly and disassembly in the machine in a short time, since these operations are carried out with the bottle holder plates completely assembled.
In the event of a bottle breaking, the pieces of glass and product fall directly on the ground, without coming into contact with the sliding parts of the bottle holders.
In addition, a washing device automatically comes into operation that injects water under pressure on the bottle-holder plates, the filling valves and on the centering hoods, which in this way are duly raised in the washing area, to obtain a complete elimination of fragments of waste.

Fill quality with variable pressure foaming system
This system is installed in beer fillers and allows residual air to be removed from the neck of the bottle by injection of high pressure water before capping.
On request, an automatic foaming pressure control system is available depending on the production speed. The PLC software varies the pressure based on a pressure / speed curve configured from the terminal used as the operator interface.
The memorization of different pressure / speed curves guarantees correct foaming in any operating condition. The system can also be integrated with an automatic control of the foaming water temperature.
