Driven part
Synchronous mechanism transmission, any transmission belt replacement can be quickly completed, compared with the traditional multi-layer arm type(replacement and repair takes more than six hours) easier to maintain, simple maintenance, and will not affect production.
Cutter plate group
The new cutter design uses a servo motor to drive, high speed, stable and accurate movement, flat incision, beautiful shrinking effect, and with the label synchronous positioning mechanism, the incision positioning accuracy is as high as 1mm. The unique design of the cutting knife is suitable for 30mm to 130mm containers, no debugging, and the original sensor of the knife plate is placed inside the knife plate. When disassembling the knife plate, there is no need to correct the position of the synchronous belt. PLC controls the automatic search for the original point positioning. Label feeding part
Single shrink label supply plate design, moderate height, easy to install the label; Use frequency converter and photoelectric sensor with mechanical buffer device to control the tension of the roll, so that the label transmission is stable and smooth, and when there is no film material, it is automatically shut down and displayed in touch screens in English and with warning lights . The unique over high label test allows the equipment to find the error of the label in time during the standard setting process, and prevents unqualified products flowing into the downstream process.
Label sending brash
Adopt a motor with double-sided arc synchronous belt to synchronize the brush wheel to ensure the stability of the subscript.
Bottle feeding part:
Adopt mechanical drive to drive bottle with positioning belt. When changing the specifications of bottles, the lifting and narrowing of the bottle feeder adopts a hand-wheel synchronization adjustment to achieve rapid and convenient adjustment.
