European Project: Hot and Cold Can Flowmeter Filling

In a recent installation completed in January 2025, King Machine Company delivered a customized can filling line to a European customer looking to produce both carbonated and non-carbonated beverages. The line's intelligent design includes real-time monitoring and high-speed filling capabilities.

ACM Brix detection system ensuring sugar consistency in juice and flavored drinks
Despite the contractual target of 9,000 cans per hour, the system consistently runs at 11,800 CPH for sparkling drinks and 13,000 CPH for juice, showcasing the reliability and overperformance of King Machine's engineering.
This project marks another successful European deployment of King Machine's high-performance can filling equipment, combining German-quality instrumentation with smart factory automation.
